This unique two panel Veramin small kilim shows two distinct goggle eyed faces knotted in pile technique on an abrashed blue and red grounds.The black and ivory arrowhead reciprocal border is repeated as a panel separator.At each end is a weft float technique band.The warp is dark brown goat hair while the dark brown used in the rug is undyed natural sheep wool.All the colors are from natural sources.This very unusual piece is in good condition.
