This unusual bagface features a complex hexagonal and lozenge ivory lattice.Two types of hooked motifs fill the individual cells.Accent colors include:ivory,rose,burgundy,green and blue.The only border is decorated with a smaller version of the field pattern.The ivory lateral interior guard lines penetrate the entire width of the lower border.At one end is a blue flatwoven strip and at the other is an irregular red flatwoven finish.Soumak technique Jaf bags such as this one are extremely rare.All the colors are from natural sources.The piece has a soft and pliable handle.It is in good condition.SOLD
