Size: 8′.8"x2′.7" (264×79 cm)

This unusual south Persian nomadic runner displays a four section ivory pole medallion enclosing the Qashqai symmetric turtle pattern.At the corners are four small red finialed triangles while the field is edged by striped flowers.In addition there is a close scatter fill of rosettes and other similar geometric elements.The two borders-in ivory and red-both display serrated leaves and fan palmettes.There are three barber pole narrow lines in different colors and at each end is a striped and checkerboard extra panel.All the colors are from natural sources.The piece is in good condition.SOLD
