The small navy field is centered by a large red pinched motif in red,yellow,aubergine,blue,green and ivory.The dark brown main border shows flowers in palmette-like floral elements along with connecting leaves and stems.The red and yellow keyhole reciprocal minor border is flanked by solid lines in various colors.At the top end is a triangular navy flap in slit kilim technique with stepped diamonds in navy,rose,green and pale yellow.The handle is pliable and the wool is extremely soft and velvety.All the colors are from natural and vegetable sources.The condition of this rare piece is good.SOLD
