Size: 6′.5"X4′.6" (196X137 cm)

This extremely attractive Kazak rug displays an ivory border with a repeat of four flower motifs within a meander accented by serrated slanted leaves.In the background are small colorful dots.The madder red ground is centered by a dark blue tripartite panel in ivory,red and dark blue with small birds,central squares and voluted staves.Surrounding the main panel are small diamonds with large hooks in ivory,dark blue,yellow and dark green.There are small lozenges,primarily in ivory scattered about.Similar lozenges decorate the central panel.There are two dark blue minor borders with colorful detached squares in various colors and four bitonal barber pole lines.All the colors are from natural sources.The rug is in good condition.SOLD
