The navy subfield is decorated with tendrils,rosettes,leafy sprays and tiny detached elements.The field is centered by a red vertically extended medallion with en suite decoration and shield shape finials.At the exact center there is a small camel colored submedallion.The rose corners continue the field pattern.The madder main border has the classic three dimensional Jozan border of rosettes and a stylized vine.The flanking ivory minors emply the classic simple rosette and diagonal leaf design.There is an outermost red and white barber pole stripe which is missing at one end.All the colors are from natural sources.The rug is in good pile and condition.
