This charming almost square Fachralo Kazak rug has a dark blue field displaying a central red and ivory nested six point square medallion.Above and below are six bug like palmettes.There are five patterned borders:the ivory main border has a classic multicolor triangle design and is flanked by light blue and dark blue minor borders with multicolor cross motifs.In addition there is a yellow zigzag innermost stripe followed by a wider red border with interesting elements which may also be interpreted as a ground for the entire inner panel.There are four barber pole lines in the border system.All the colors are from natural sources.The wool is soft and the handle is pliable.The condition of this beautiful rug is good.SOLD
