Size: 4′.2″x3′.2″ (127×97 cm)

This classic red,white and blue Anatolian village scatter rug shows a navy subfield enclosing a red medallion edged with a rosette wreath.In addition there are four octagons,a central organizing cross and four stylized tulips.Small rosettes densely cover the background.The triangle corners have two sides decorated with hooks and enclose ivory rosettes.The border employs oblique sections separated by small squares.The exceptionally well preserved end panels are striped in red and navy with narrow weft float lines followed by a macrame band and braided tassels with colorful wrappings.The pile is high and soft.All the colors are from natural sources.The condition of the rug is good.SOLD
