The ivory field shows a lozenge lattice enclosing layered,stepped lozenges in blue,red,green,yellow,navy and burgundy.The wide center border abrashes navy to black and employs a faceted broad floating S pattern.The inner ivory secondary border hosts floating rectangles in various colors.Finally there is an innermost bitonal hooked pattern tertiary line.The multicolor closure tabs are original and intact.The flatwoven back is striped and banded in madder red,blue,yellow and light red.All the colors are from natural sources.The weave is tight and compact.The condition of this highly collectable piece is good.
