Karatchoph Kazak (10)

Karatchoph Kazaks are well known among rug enthusiasts.They are from Southwest Caucasus and they come in various designs and sizes.This one has a typical Karatchoph medallion but Bordjalou Kazak border which is quite unusual.The date is circa 1880,measures 7'.8"x5'.7" (234x170cm) good wool,good condition including ends and sides.
